Patton Family Picnic. At Patton, we believe in the importance of family. We take every opportunity to bring our families together and share in each other’s lives. Mike and Ellen Patton graciously hosted this year’s picnic. A joyous day filled with tacos, pool time, volleyball and great conversation!
Valley Children’s Run with the Heroes. Proceeds benefited the Hospital’s “George’s Pass” which is dedicated to patients and families on the Autism spectrum.
Team Patton. No matter the logo, our employees love to team up in and out of the office!
Have Fun! Patton employees jump at the opportunity to participate in a number of community events and fundraisers.

Investing in our Future. At Patton, we believe that mentoring is important, not only because of the knowledge and skills students can learn from mentors, but also because mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success in graduate school and beyond. Quality mentoring greatly enhances students’ chances for success. Research shows that students who experience good mentoring also have a greater chance of securing positions in their desired field due to a greater understanding of real life situations and how to apply their education in the work place.

Patton is a proud sponsor of the BAJA SAE team of Cal Poly University. This racing team is the largest student chapter of SAE International in California. Over 125 members contribute to designing, manufacturing, and testing three innovative racing vehicles.

Months of hard work culminate at SAE’s Collegiate Design Series (CDS) competitions. These international competitions challenge the students to apply their skills outside of the classroom as part of a project that closely imitates industry practices.
