Quality installation is an essential element of a high-value HVAC system, and Patton Air Conditioning’s construction department is known for exceeding customers’ expectations and meeting their timelines. Patton Air Conditioning does this by employing highly trained sheet metal craftsmen. Many of these journeymen have more than fifteen years of service, and some have over twenty-five years of experience. Patton Air Conditioning installation personnel are skilled in every type of HVAC system, including small rooftop, large rooftop VAV, and four-pipe systems. Each design/build installation includes careful coordination with the service department to ensure adequate access and ease of maintenance after the project is complete. Patton Air Conditioning personnel have detailed knowledge of the codes that effect air conditioning and other building components including the advanced requirements for hospitals, fire codes and construction safety. Every project has a Patton Air Conditioning engineer assigned to act as a project manager. The coordination between the project manager and installation personnel is critical to the success of building high- value HVAC systems.
