Patton’s quality management process utilizes a custom module in PlanGrid software. The module allows changes to be made to the plan set while concurrently integrating the execution details with fabrication parts to the shop for fabrication. The field teams know the status of a change, including any necessary ordering lead times or fabrication timelines in real time. Orders are assigned to team members via PlanGrid with status updates to monitor progress.
