It is the foundation for Patton’s ‘Basis of Construction’ method of pre-planning and pricing field execution toward a target value. As a leader and early adopter of lean construction and planning techniques, Patton encourages its clients to utilize pull planning as early as possible on each project.
Patton has extensive experience hosting and leading Pull Planning Efforts for large and complex projects. Patton’s Fresno Conference Center has capabilities to host Pull Planning and project meetings.
